What is the returns and damage policy?
Unopened, unused bags in sealed original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers pay change-of-mind return postage. Opened or used bags cannot be returned. For transit damage, send a photo within 30 days for a free replacement; no return is required. Pure Fusion covers correction costs for wrong or missing items.
