Refund policy

We want you to order with confidence. This policy explains exactly what we will and will not do.

Unopened bags: 30 days

If you change your mind, return any unopened, unused bag within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. The bag must be sealed and in its original packaging. Return shipping on change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.

Damaged in transit: replaced free

If your order arrives damaged or broken, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will send a replacement free of charge. You do not need to return the damaged bag.

Opened bags: no returns

Because Muscle Arkitekt 01 is a consumable supplement, we cannot accept returns on any bag that has been opened or used. This is a food safety requirement, not a technicality.

Wrong or missing items

If we shipped the wrong item or your order arrives incomplete, contact us and we will correct it at our cost.

How to start a return or a claim

Email support@purefusion.fit with your order number, and a photo if you are claiming damage. We will reply within two business days.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of us receiving your return or approving your claim. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.

Subscriptions

Cancelling a subscription stops future orders. It does not automatically refund an order that has already been billed and shipped.
